А вообще сегодня почти весенний день, и очень Depeche Mode настроение.
Я сегодня долго думала, какой кусок текста бы дать студентам в виде контрольной по пунктуации. В итоге, выдался кусок из "Молчания ягнят". Пришлось немного адаптировать, потому что они у меня тормознутые, лексика в оригинале чуть сложновата для них.

“Dr. Lecter.” Her voice sounded all right to her.
He looked up from his reading.
For a quick second she thought his gaze produced some kind of sound, but it was only her blood in her head that she heard.
“My name is Clarice Starling. May I talk with you?” One could notice the politeness in her distance and her tone.
Dr. Lecter considered, his finger pressed against his lips; then he rose and came forward. […] She could see that he was small, sleek; in his hands she saw strength like her own.
“Good morning,” he said, as though he had answered the door. His voice had a metallic harshness to it, possibly from disuse. […]
“Doctor, we have a hard problem in psychological profiling. I want to ask you for your help.”
“ ’We’ being Behavioral Science at Quantico. You’re one of Jack Crawford’s students, I expect.”
“I am, yes.”
“May I see your credentials?”
She hadn’t expected this. “I showed them at the… office.”
“You mean you showed them to Frederick Chilton, Ph.D.?”
“Yes.”
“Did you see his credentials?”
“No.”Я еще и прикололась: "Кто первый угадает откуда текст, выдам приз."
Угадали.
В виде приза дала большой, красивый, желтый зажим для бумаги.
Рекомендовала читать и смотреть. Потому что им надо и я уверена, что понравится. А кому не понравится...
